HOW ARE OUR YOUNG CHILDREN DOING RIGHT NOW?
All families of young children will need some support, and some families will need more.
In Connecticut, too many babies are born into risk, too many are not on target at three,
and too many enter kindergarten needing quite a bit of help.
The CT 359 Network is connecting policy, data and research so that all of Connecticut’s young children are healthy, on target and thriving. Their families and communities are supported to nurture them,
and policy makers have the information they need to make good decisions.
WHAT WE ALL NEED
Services need to be up to date and available so families and communities can get help when they need it.
The people who work in early childhood services need support, and investment, so they are able to do their jobs well.
Information needs to be connected so families don't get lost
and young children don't get missed.
